xNapoli have reached a permanent agreement to sign Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea. The two clubs agreed on a €30 million fixed fee, with potential add-ons up to €15 million, bringing the total deal to €45 million.

Lukaku is set to sign a three-year contract with the Serie A club. His arrival suggests Napoli are preparing to move on from Victor Osimhen, who has been sidelined by new manager Antonio Conte, who pushed for Lukaku’s transfer.

Chelsea are interested in signing Osimhen, but the Nigerian striker is not willing to accept a loan deal or lower his salary. He has also attracted interest from Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain, and clubs in Saudi Arabia.
