Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has suggested the club might sign another player before the transfer window closes.

This comes after Gabriel Jesus’s injury kept him out of Arsenal’s 2-0 win over Aston Villa on Saturday.

Following the match, Arteta acknowledged the team’s attacking options were limited.

“We’re pleased with the squad,” Arteta said. “However, with Gabriel Jesus injured, we’re a bit short upfront. If there’s an opportunity to add someone, we’ll consider it.”

The transfer window closes on Saturday, August 31.
