Nigerian music director and cinematographer ThankGod Omori Smith, widely known as TG Omori or Boy Director, has revealed that his only brother donated a kidney to him.
In a post on his official X account, TG Omori shared that the kidney transplant occurred on Monday, August 26, 2024. He expressed his gratitude, saying, “Yesterday my only brother gave me one of his kidneys so I could live again.”
On Instagram, he posted photos of himself in a hospital bed receiving oxygen, writing: “Keep my spirit alive. I don’t wanna die.”
TG recent absence from the public eye had raised concerns among his fans.
