Adeniyi Johnson Responds to Suspension from AFRIMEK

Adeniyi Johnson

Popular Nigerian actor Adeniyi Johnson has responded to his suspension from the African Men Entertainment Kings (AFRIMEK), an organization led by fellow actor Femi Adebayo. AFRIMEK announced Johnson’s suspension over the weekend, citing gross misconduct and a breach of the club’s constitution.

Reacting to the suspension, Adeniyi Johnson expressed his disappointment and reassured his fans through a lengthy social media post. He emphasized that his reputation and career existed before his involvement with the club and urged everyone to remain calm while he addresses the issue.

“It saddens my heart that my honourable club made such a derogatory post about me,” Johnson wrote. “Please note that I’m not bigger than the club, but before the club, there has been Adeniyi Johnson. If care is not taken, that post will do more harm than good. I feel this is detrimental to my name, family, standard, and more importantly, my brand. I hereby implore my family, friends, and fans to stay calm and continue to show unwavering love and support.”
