The Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal, has issued a stern warning to notorious bandit leader, Bello Turji, that his days are numbered.
Speaking on Channels Television, Lawal expressed confidence that Turji will soon be apprehended or eliminated, given the current collaboration between the state government and the Federal Government, as well as the efforts of security agencies.
Lawal’s comments come on the heels of the military’s recent success in taking down another wanted bandit leader, Halilu Sububu, who had been terrorizing citizens in Zamfara, Sokoto, and other parts of the North-West.
