Ajuju Community Re-elects Oyimi, Others Unanimously | Daily Report Nigeria

On Friday, September 20th, a coalition of leaders, elders, and youths of the Ajuju Community in Warri South West Local Government Area unanimously agreed to re-elect Chief (Egnr) Samson Oyimi to lead the community for the next three years.

The event was held at the residence of Chief Favour Izoukumor, a respected leader of the Ajuju Community.

Disclosing the unanimous decision to the re-elected executive members, Chief Favour said: “You are unanimously re-elected today because of your achievement and the manner you have conducted the affairs of the community in the last three years. You and your team have been superb, excellent and spot on.”

Speaker after speaker lauded the leadership virtues of Chief Samson Oyimi, describing him as an experienced leader and astute administrator who is competent and will continue to unite the community to pursue its economic aims and objectives.

Shortly after the decision was announced and reaffirmed by community members present, Chief Samson Oyimi took charge and presided over the gathering.

In his speech, Chief Samson Oyimi, Chairman of the Ajuju Community, expressed his gratitude to the community members for their vote of confidence in him and his executive members.

He emphasized that Ajuju is one big indivisible family and pledged to operate with an open-door policy, ensuring that everyone is carried along.

Chief Oyimi also stated that his administration will build upon the developmental achievements of his first tenure and assured the community members that he will not betray the trust they have placed in him.
