A Niger Delta youth leader, Comrade Ebikonde Sokoto has congratulated the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief Dennis Burutu Otuaro on his birthday.
Sokoto, in a congratulatory message on behalf of his family, poured encomiums on Otuaro, describing him as a “remarkable leader”.
