Some suspected internet fraudsters popularly known as ‘Yahoo Boys’ on Tuesday, February 9, blocked the Osogbo-Ilesha Expressway, Osun state, in solidarity of protest over alleged harassment by the operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

This comes after the Ibadan Zonal Office of the EFCC had recently arrested two siblings and six other men suspected to be internet fraudsters in the state.

The siblings identified as Akinrinmade Adepoju Sunday and Akinrinmade Adeniyi, were both arrested at their compound.

Others arrested were Gbolahan Sodiq, Goodluck Olatayo, Aborisade Abayomi, Adeyemo Adeyinka, Oni Oluwaseyi and Dennis Oluwamuyiwa.

The protesters stormed the Ilesha West Local Government Secretariat, as they made bonfire on the road halting free flow of traffic on the road.
