A pastor has sparked controversies after saying not paying tithe won’t prohibit memebrs from going to heaven.

A Nigerian pastor has told him members that the act of not paying tithe, unlike popular belief won’t stop them from making heaven.
The cleric, Prophet U.O. Miracle, while buttressing his point added that those who don’t pay their tithe will go to heaven as poor people.

Citing Lazarus as an exam, he added that the payers will live like Lazarus, and also die like him.
However, he said those who pay tithe will live in wealth like Abraham.

According to him, Lazarus eventually went to heaven “with his dirty body”, and he was not given a good place there.
“Even in heaven, he wasn’t given a good place. He was at the bosom of Abraham,” the pastor said.
“Bosom is like the boy’s quarter of a house,” he added.
This comes after the general Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor EA Adeboye apologized for saying tithe payers won’t go to heaven.
