Court Orders Verydarkman To Delete Defamatory Posts Against Falana, Falz | Daily Report Nigeria

In a recent court ruling, Justice M. O. Idowu of the Lagos State High Court has ordered social media critic Martin Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, to remove defamatory comments and videos concerning human rights activist Femi Falana (SAN) and his son, Folarin.

The court’s decision stems from a lawsuit filed by Falana and Falz, alleging that VeryDarkMan’s posts on September 24, 2024, linked Bobrisky to them and were injurious to their public image.

According to Dawodu, the applicants stated that VeryDarkMan knew the statements were false but published them anyway to harm their reputation.
