A socio-cultural group under the aegis of Common Men Assembly (CMA) has applauded the humanitarian interventions of Tantita Security Service Nigeria Limited on the Niger Delta.

The CMA, in a commendation message on Friday by its Chairman, Jude Angodideke, described Tantita’s company’s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts as ‘impeccable’.

According to Angodideke, the company has over and over again demonstrated how well it means for humanity, particularly citizens of the Niger Delta region.

“Aside from doing a remarkable job in securing oil installations, boosting Nigeria’s oil production to 1.8 million barrels per day, preventing oil spill and environmental degradation, Tantita has an impeccable record with regards to its Corporate Social Responsibility duties,” Angodideke said.

“The company has demonstrated over and over again that it puts humanity first in its dealings, with emphasis on the welfare of the Niger Delta people.

“As a group with great interest in the welfare of the ‘common’ people in society, we commend Tantita for all of its relentless and record-breaking strides in fending for human welfare,” he added.

Angodideke went ahead to commend the management of Tantita for massively intervening in the welfare of the region, revealing the group’s plans to honour members of the management team at the CMA End of Year Party 2024.

“CMA will be honouring the trio of High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo – Chairman, Chief Kestin Pondi – Managing Director, and Sir Tare Godfrey Pondi – General Manager (Operations) for their commitment to bettering the lives Niger Deltans.

“To be honoured alongside the management of Tantita are Chief Julius Takeme, Chairman Burutu Local Government Area and Godknows Angele, Delta State’s Commissioner for Housing for their contributions to humanity.”

Meanwhile, the CMA End of Year Party is slated for January 1, 2025 at a venue to be announced later.
