NNPCL Invites Obasanjo To Tour Port Harcourt Refinery

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, has been invited by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, to take a tour of the Port Harcourt Refinery.

NNPCL, in a statement on Thursday, explained that the invitation is aimed at allowing Obasanjo to verify the operational status of the oil processing facility in Rivers State.

Recall that the ex-president, in an interview with Channels Television, had questioned the operational capacity of the Port Harcourt refinery, which recently resumed operations.

However, NNPCL highlighted its achievements and encouraged Obasanjo to visit the facility.

“We extend an invitation to our esteemed former president to join us in this historic journey. His wisdom and experience are invaluable, and we deeply appreciate his insights and guidance, which will always be welcomed and cherished.
