Ooni’s Ex-Queen, Naomi, Hamzat, Principal Granted Bail by Oyo Court

•  An Oyo State High Court has granted bail to Naomi Silekunola, the ex-queen of the Ooni of Ife, and two others.

•  The bail was granted by Justice K.B Olawoyin, with conditions including N10 million and two sureties.

   The trio was charged in connection with a stampede incident.

An Oyo State High Court, sitting at Ring Road, has granted bail to Naomi Silekunola, the ex-queen of the Ooni of Ife, and two others.

The bail was granted by Justice K.B Olawoyin, following a bail application filed by the counsel for the trio.

The conditions for the bail include N10 million and two sureties who must submit landed documents within the court’s jurisdiction.

The trio, which includes Oriyomi Hamzat, an Ibadan-based media personality, and Abdulahi Fasasi, the Principal of Islamic High School, was charged in connection with a stampede incident.
