President Tinubu Appoints Board Chairpersons, CEOs For 42 Federal Organizations

  • President Bola Tinubu has appointed board chairpersons and CEOs for 42 federal organizations,

  • Thee figures include Hon. Hillard Eta, Prof. Bolaji Akinyemi, and H.E. Abdullahi U. Ganduje, among others.

  • The President directed the appointees “not to interfere with the management of the organizations.

President Bola Tinubu has appointed board chairpersons and CEOs for 42 federal organizations, effective immediately.

This was disclosed in a statement issued by the President’s media aide, Bayo Onanuga.

The appointees include notable figures such as Hon. Hillard Eta, Chairman of the National Youth Service Corps; Prof. Bolaji Akinyemi, Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs; and H.E. Abdullahi U. Ganduje, Chairman of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria, among others.

The President directed the appointees “not to interfere with the management of the organizations.

“I have directed them to work in harmony with the management of their respective organizations,” Tinubu said.

President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday met with Ogoni leaders at the State House in Abuja, where he emphasized the need for unity and reconciliation in Ogoniland.

“We cannot in any way rewrite history, but we can correct some anomalies of the past going forward. We cannot heal the wounds if we continue to be angry,” Tinubu said.
