Men of the Ebonyi State Police Command have arrested a man with numerous illicit items in the state.
The suspect, identified as Ovuta Chigozie was apprehended with two human skulls and three locally made guns.

Confirming the arrest in a statement released on Wednesday, March 5, the spokesperson of the command, Joshua Ukandu said Chigozie claimed he was contracted to make spiritual concoction with the items.

“Authorities are actively pursuing the individual mentioned in connection with this case,” the PPRO added
