Daily Report Nigeria gathers that a 14-year-old Almajiri, identified as Bashir Adamu, was kidnapped and killed in Gwaram Local Government Area of the state.

His body was found along Jikas-Dabaja village in Gwaram Local Government Area.
Confirming the incident in a statement on Friday, March 14, 2025, the spokesperson of the state command, SP Shi’isu Adam said the victim was found dismembered, and his private part removed.

“The police suspect that the boy was m8rdered for ritual purposes. We are making efforts to track down the perpetrators,” Adam said
The PPRO has also promised the parents and the community at large to crack down on the case.
