The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has felicitated President Bola Tinubu on his 73rd birthday, praising his contributions to Nigeria’s democratic governance.
Otuaro described President Tinubu as “a national treasure who has made invaluable contributions to the growth of democratic governance in the country”.
According to Otuaro, President Tinubu has demonstrated quality and historic leadership since becoming President in 2023.

He commended the President for removing the fuel subsidy, which had become a heavy burden to Nigerians, and for his support for the Niger Delta region.
Otuaro stated, “The President came with a clear vision of what he wanted for Nigerians and has made unrelenting efforts to make the country a better place since he became President in 2023”.

The PAP boss thanked President Tinubu for his fatherly encouragement and financial commitments to the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
He also praised the President’s support for various projects in the Niger Delta, including the Nigeria Maritime University and the Federal University of Environment and Technology. Otuaro called on the people of the Niger Delta to reciprocate the President’s good work by giving him and his administration their support.
He prayed for God to continue to sustain the President in good health to deliver on his electoral promises to Nigerians.

The Ijaw People’s Development Initiative (IPDI) has urged the Inspector General of Police and the Director of the State Security Service to take immediate action against individuals sponsoring mischievous protests in the United States and the United Kingdom to allegedly spread unfounded allegations against the administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, and Chief Engr. Kestin Pondi, MD Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited.
