Ogulagha Community to Inaugurate Guwor-led Executives April 4

Ogulagha community, headquarters of Ogulagha Kingdom, will, on Friday, April 4, 2025, inaugurate a new set of executives to pilot its affairs.

The development follows the conclusion of the community’s election, which produced Comrade Bright Guwor as Ogulagha chairman-elect.

The keenly contested poll was held on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the Ogulagha community town hall.

Comrade Guwor and his Executive Committee will oversee affairs of the oil-rich community in a 3-year tenure.

This follows the expiration of tenure of the outgoing Committee led by Mr. Daniel Okebor.

The occasion will be chaired by the Burutu Council Chairman, Chief Julius Takeme, to be joined by other distinguished dignitaries.
