The Lagos State Police Command has dismissed a viral video claiming that a restaurant along Airport Road was involved in criminal activities, including killings and the sale of human parts.
Describing the claims as false and misleading, the Command warned that such content could cause unnecessary panic and damage the reputation of legitimate businesses in the state.

In a statement issued on Thursday by the Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, he said the Commissioner of Police, CP Olohundare Jimoh, directed the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) to conduct a thorough investigation into the allegations.
According to Hundeyin, investigators found no evidence to support the claims after inspections of the restaurant.
“The public is urged to disregard the video and continue their normal activities, including patronising the restaurant, as there is no proof whatsoever backing the claims,” the statement read in part.
The Police Command added that efforts are ongoing to trace and apprehend the individuals responsible for circulating the misleading footage.
