Operatives of the Edo state police command have apprehended a truck driver responsible for a gruesome accident in the state.
The arrest comes after two vigilante members were crushed to death by a truck in front of the University of Benin, Edo state.

In recent news, the state police spokesperson, Moses Yamu confirmed the arrest of the driver,
“It is true that the accident happened and that the men died in the process. The driver is now in our custody,” the PPRO said.
The corpses have been deposited at the morgue of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital.
