Legendary juju musician Ebenezer Obey has slammed recent claims suggesting he had passed away or suffered a stroke, describing them as malicious fabrications.

In a cheerful Instagram video, Obey appeared alongside his two sons, singing and smiling to reassure fans of his good health. The post was captioned: “Stop the rumours!!!! Ebenezer Obey is alive and well.”

Obey clarified that he had travelled to London solely to take care of his health and expressed frustration over the circulation of false reports, including manipulated images suggesting he had died.

Speaking about the rumours, he said: “Everything they have said is nothing but lies that came from the kingdom of darkness. I am alive, I am alive, says the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you very much. I don’t have a stroke. I came to London to look after myself.”
