Kanu also allegedly called for the burning of Tinubu’s assets, directing his followers to cause mayhem in Lagos and kill police personnel during the End SARS protest.
The court admitted the recorded broadcasts into evidence, and they were played in open court. In one broadcast made on December 12, 2020, Kanu said Wike deserved to die for allegedly offering a N50 million bounty for the head of a Biafran. The trial continues to unfold, with Kanu facing charges related to his alleged inflammatory statements and actions.
