Boukan Appreciates Otuaro, Pondi, Pukon on PAP MSc Scholarship

A beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Programme’s foreign masters degree scholarship, Boukan Godwin, has extended gratitude to Dr. Dennis Otuaro over the opportunity the agency has offered him.

Boukan particularly commended Otuaro’s result-driven policies for the agency since taking over the reigns of PAP.

The young entrepreneur also extended gratitude to Chief Godfrey Pondi, Engr. Frank Pukon and his family for their support over the years.

He said;

“I give all glory to God for giving me the opportunity to pursue my Master’s degree in MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland! May Nanaowei be forever praised.
