Super Falcons star Chiamaka Nnadozie was on Wednesday crowned the 2025 CAF Goalkeeper of the Year, maintaining her firm grip on the award and reinforcing her reputation as one of Africa’s most reliable hands between the posts. The ceremony, which took place in Rabat, Morocco, saw the 24-year-old edge out Morocco’s Khadija Er-Rmichi and South Africa’s Andile Dlamini to retain the honour.
Nnadozie’s win did not come as a surprise. The young goalkeeper enjoyed a spectacular year for both club and country, turning in consistently commanding performances that kept her ahead of her peers.
