An APC support group, BAT’s 4/4 Renewed Hope Agenda, has congratulated several opposition governors who recently defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC), attributing their decision to the performance and leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The group made the commendation on Saturday in Abuja during a press briefing addressed by its Director General, Engr. Daniel Ohiomoba, where it also applauded President Tinubu for what it described as remarkable achievements under his Renewed Hope administration.

Ohiomoba praised the President for taking what he called bold and decisive steps aimed at repositioning Nigeria on the path of sustainable growth and transformational development.
According to the group, the recent defections would not have been possible without the visible progress being recorded across the country under Tinubu’s leadership.
The group specifically congratulated Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State, Peter Mbah, Douye Diri, Siminalayi Fubara, and Abba Kabir Yusuf for joining the ruling party.
“Our group, BAT’s 4/4 Renewed Hope Agenda, applauds the unprecedented growth and development Nigeria is witnessing under the Renewed Hope administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” Ohiomoba said.
He added that in less than three years, President Tinubu has demonstrated competence and capacity that has earned him the confidence of Nigerians across party lines.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) has convinced even members of opposition parties that he is capable of restoring the fortunes of this country,” he stated.
Ohiomoba further noted that the administration’s impact is being felt across various sectors of society, including students, youths, women, artisans and professionals.
He highlighted improvements in key sectors such as manufacturing, ICT, infrastructure and foreign diplomacy, noting that Nigeria’s international image has also improved.
“Through the Renewed Hope foreign policy thrust, the President has consistently attracted foreign investments while projecting Nigeria positively on the global stage,” he said.
