Barcelona right-back, Emerson Royal is undergoing Tottenham medical ahead of £25m deal.
Personal terms for 22-year-old right-back Emerson Royal have been agreed after Barcelona accepted the £25.73m (€30m) bid from Tottenham.
The 22-year-old was a regular under Manuel Pellegrini and helped Betis reach the Europa League last season.
Professional clubs are expected to close in all transfer deals today as today marks the deadline for transfer.
