Nigerian coach, Gernot Rohr has expressed concern over the absence of key players as Nigeria hosts the Central African Republic in the 3rd round of the 2022 World Cup Qualifying games.
Three English Premier League players and one La Liga star will all miss the showdown billed for the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Lagos, Nigeria.
Wilfred Ndidi, Oghenekaro Etebo, Alex Iwobi all from English sides and Samuel Chukwueze from Villareal in Spain are all absent battling with injuries.
Others including Terem Moffi from Lorient in French League and Henry Onyekuru from Olympiacos in Greece League.

Though the visitors have secured just only one points in two rounds of matches, Coach Rohr does not take the match with levity.
Rohr has tactically discovered, following last month’s research in Douala that five players of the opponent team are playing in French league, one plays in German league and others play domestically.
To make headway against the physically strong team, the 68-year-old has discreetly brought in replacements.
His winning chance has also been boosted as Union Berlin’s striker, Taiwo Awoniyi has been handed a call up to the senior team of Nigeria.
Being delighted, Awoniyi revealed that it’s his diligence at the club level that has earned him the privilege.
