Mr. Ebenezer Omejalile, a social worker has told a court of law how a teacher, Ramoni Amure, allegedly had carnal knowledge of a minor.
The 17-year-old minor undergoing a JAMB tutorial in Lagos was so deflowered and severally assaulted following the teacher’s threat to upload her sex tape in his possession.
Ebenezer gave testimony before an Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court.

Ebenezer, the 2nd prosecution witness in the trial of Amure revealed that it was the survivor’s cousin who tipped him off about the victim’s predicament.
Ebenezer’s team then got down to action by lodging a complaint at the Lion Building Police Station on Lagos Island.

Three police officers (as Ebenezer borne witness) visited the scene of the crime which was the minor’s home.
Ebenezer’s statement reads: “The survivor was in Oshodi undergoing JAMB lessons.”
“A cousin to the survivor was able to own up to me that the perpetrator had a video in his possession that he used to threaten her whenever he wanted to have sexual intercourse with her.”
“Whenever she declined, he threatened that he would upload the video he recorded online to make her give in to his demand.”
“The survivor explained what she had been going through in the hands of the perpetrator.”
“It took us some time before the survivor gave us the address of the perpetrator because we noticed that she was full of fear because of his threats.”
