Livinus Nnadozie, a senior pastor with the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, has died.
Daily Report Nigeria understands that the deceased was overseeing a group of districts in Lagos, until his demise.
He was also a close ally to the General Superintendent of the church, Pastor W.F. Kumuyi.

Deeper Life Secretary, S.M. Afuwape in a statement noted that the 78-year-old died on Tuesday after battling a protracted illness.

The statement reads, “In total submission to the will of God and with gratitude for a glorious life spent in the service of the Lord, the Church wishes to announce the passing on to the glory of Pastor Livinus Polycarp Nnadozie, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry and a Group Pastor in Old Alimosho District.
“Pastor Livinus Polycarp Nnadozie served meritoriously as the General Manager of Life Press Limited and as Church Secretary for many years before his retirement on 30th November 2008.
“In addition, he served as State Overseer of Ebonyi State from 2003 to 2005.
“The wife, children, and extended family members need our prayers at this time.
“Details of the burial announcement will be communicated later. ”
