Reactions have stirred online after a final year student of Nekede Polytechnic, Owerri, Imo state, proposed to her boyfriend.
A Twitter user shared photos from the proposal on the microblogging platform and revealed that the lady said she cannot afford to lose her boyfriend, hence the proposal.

In the pictures, the woman could be seen kneeling down to propose, and the man grinning from cheek to cheek as he stretched out his hand for his girlfriend to put the ring on his finger.
