A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Zamfara State, Senator Kabir Marafa, has explained why he met former senate president, Bukola Saraki.
Mararfa, who disclosed he met with Saraki in company with Yari to attend a wedding in Kaduna state, said the occasion had nothing to do with defection to the PDP
Marafa made this known during a telephone interview with Punch on Saturday.
He was reacting to speculations that Saraki, was trying to woo him and former Zamfara State governor, Abdulaziz Yari, to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
