A suspect, Osa, has allegedly killed his girlfriend, Elohor Oniorosa, for money ritual purposes.
The incident was said to have occurred on Christmas Eve in Egor Local Government Area, Benin, Edo State, when Osa reportedly invited the deceased to his family house, where he slaughtered her.
The State Police Command operatives have launched a manhunt for the suspect.

SP Kontongs Bello, the Edo Police Command spokesman, has confirmed the sad incident.
