Hon. Otokito Federal Oparmiola, the Bayelsa State Commissioner for Trade, Industry, and Investment, has been kidnapped by gunmen.
Daily Report Nigeria gathered that Otokito was kidnapped by armed men at his residence in Otuokpoti, Ogbia Local Government area on Thursday night January 20, 2022.
