A Landlord in Lusaka’s Kanyama area has been forced to forgo a tenant’s five months rentals after being caught in a sexual act.
The Landlord was found having intercourse with his tenant’s wife, Kwa Mukupa around the Soweto area.
Reports from Ghetto Voices noted that the victim’s husband was phoned by his neighbour stating how his wife was having a drink at Kwa Mukupa Lodge in Soweto with the landlord.

Upon hearing this, the husband hurried to the spot but found no one. Then he made inquiries from people around and was told that they had entered into one of the rooms. When shown the room, the man knocked on the door, there the landlord appeared half-dressed.
The landlord tried to escape from the hands of his angry tenant who had raised alarm but failed, thus attracting a crowd.
The issue was resolved at Soweto Police Sation where the victim’s husband agreed to forgive his wife and not take the issue to court on the condition that the landlord forgoes the five months’ rent owed to him.
