Gunmen in the early hours of Tuesday, February 8, invaded Ekwulobia community in Anambra, killed an official of the Anambra Traffic Management Agency (ATMA).
It was learnt that the deceased was controlling traffic at the ever-busy Ekwulobia junction when he was gunned down by the assailants who stormed the area and started shooting sporadically.
The bullet was said to have shattered his head from behind.

However, details of the incident is still sketchy as at the time of filling this report and the state police command is yet to comment on this incident.
