Yoan 27, who recorded a film of his elder brother as he was kicking and slapping the cat eventually caused the footage to go viral on Snapchat.
Consequently, RSPCA have carried off maltreated cat and one other which both belonged to the french footballer.

Also, the Hammers fined the player £250,000 and also removed him from the team’s squad to face Leicester City on Sunday’s League clash.
Zouma had apologized, yet a petition to press charges against him has already passed more than 100,000 signatures.

Legal complaint has been filed against the 27-year-old footballer in Paris, Daily Mail can confirm.
In the meantime, La Fondation 30 Millions d’Amis, working for the largest animal rights group in France, have communicated with prosecutors.
Metro reported that a spokesperson for the lawyers’ team said: “We condemn this heinous act, have asked that the player be suspended from the France team, and filed a legal complaint against him.”
