The Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, has described Governor Babagana Umara Zulum of Borno state, as the star of President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
Adesina, who made the remark in a statement on Thursday, lauded Zulum on his efforts in fighting insurgency in his state.
Adesina also applauded the governor on infrastructures put up by his administration despite the security challenges in the state.
According to him: “Governor Zulum is sure doing great things in Borno State, in terms of human and infrastructural development. A 25 years development plan and 10 years strategic transformation initiatives have been formulated.
