This was a few days after Emmanuel cleared the beliefs that he and Liquorose are hostile due to her absence at his saloon relaunch in Port Harcourt.

Many of his colleagues such as Whitemoney, Nini, Arin, Jackie B, JayPaul, Niyi Lawal, Liquorose, Emmanuel, Cross, and other Nigerian celebrities were present.
In the end, reacting to some of the videos which surfaced online, fans and ‘shippers’ of Emmanuel and Liquorose viewed that the duo ignored each other at the event.
