The Appeal Court has affirmed the suspension of embattled national chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomole.

Oshiomole’s suspension was affirmed by a three-man panel on Tuesday afternoon.

Oshiomole’s appeal was suspended on the grounds of lacking merit by a Justice Mohammed Lamido led three-man panel.
