Revered Nigerian marine magnate, High Chief Emonena Victor Wayles Egukawhore (JP), has hailed Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State on his award as the Independent Governor of The Year.
The Wayles, who is the Chairman of De Wayles Group, in a congratulatory message on Friday, attributed the accolade to “hard work, zeal and determination to make a difference in the lives of Bayelsans” by the Miracle Governor.
He also urged the former lawmaker to not relent in his good strides in serving the Bayelsa people.

Wayles said;

Diri was voted the best governor in the ‘Good Governance and Responsive Leadership’ category by The Board of Editors of Independent Newspapers.
The awards ceremonies will hold on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the Convention Centre of the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, in Lagos.
