Church Owners Kidnap Members, Kill One In Ogun

The Ogun State police command has arrested two founders of one Christian Fellowship Group, Life Builders Network, for allegedly kidnapping and killing one of their church members.
Chidi Samuel and Paul Zakari, the church’s founders, were accused of murdering one Favour Okumazor in Oyan village, Imala, Abeokuta North Local Government Area, Ogun.
On Monday, March 21, they were paraded alongside others arrested for various crimes.
Lanre Bankoke, the Ogun State Commissioner of Police, said while arraigning the suspects at the police headquarters in Eleweran, Abeokuta, that the suspects had taken seven youths away from their parents to an isolated area in Oyan for Bible study and fellowship.

According to him, one of the youths escaped to inform their parents that one of them had been murdered by the self-proclaimed men of God.
He went on to say that the parents alerted the police, who went on to apprehend the suspects.
