Gunmen Attack Military Checkpoint, Set Patrol Van Ablaze | Daily Report Nigeria

Gunmen has reportedly attacked a military checkpoint and set their patrol van ablaze in Abia.

The incident happened in the early hours of Friday, April 8, at the Tonimas junction axis of the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway.

According to a military source the gunmen had laid ambush for the soldiers, who were on patrol.

It was learnt that no soldier was killed during the attack and efforts are been made to arrest the perpetrators.
