The Ijaw Youths Council in Obotebe Clan has congratulated the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
The body in a congratulatory message signed its Chairman, Comrade Andaowei Okou, described Otuaro a worthy son who has made his paternal home proud.
