Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has berated any prominent leaders in Nigeria who  keep mum on the killing of Deborah Samuel.

DAILY REPORT NG reported that a student of Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto was lynched by her Muslim schoolmates over alleged blasphemy against prophet Muhammed(SAW).

Reacting, Fani-Kayode said leaders who refuse to publicly condemn the murder, are nothing but cowards.

This may not be unconnected to a report on Atiku Abubakar, a presidential aspirant under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, who earlier condemned the incident in a post on his Twitter and Facebook handles, pulled down the content.

Fani-Kayode on his verified Twitter handle wrote, “Any so-called leader that remains silent and refuses to publicly condemn the murder of Deborah is a COWARD. I don’t care who or what you are.

“If you cannot bring yourself to condemn this cold-blooded and horrific murder, then you are nothing but a COWARD and I have contempt for you”.
