A baby who was wrapped in a nylon bag has been found Dead in Birnin Kebbi, the Kebbi State capital.
According to a Facebook user, Abubakar Sambawa who shared the news, the baby was found along the road in Badariya area of Birnn Kebbi on Sunday morning, May 22.
Also, a woman was caught in the act as she tried dump her baby on a lonely road in Rivers state.
