Senator Kassim Shettima has said that Vice president, Yemi Osinbanjo is not fit for the forthcoming 2023 presidential election.
Senator Shettima addressed Yemi Osinbanjo as a decent, but added that that decency is not enough to defeat the Peoples Democratic party candidate, Atiku Abubakar in the polls.

Kassim made this comment during a featuring on a Channels TV programme on Friday night, June 3. He noted that Osinbajo is a nice man but those under such category don’t usually turn out to be good leaders.

He said;
“Nobody has ever doubted the competence of Professor Osinbajo, but we believe that in terms of intellectual capacity, and someone who is capable of winning the election, is Bola Tinubu.
“We need someone who can match and even overshadow the PDP candidate, Atiku Abubakar. Osinbajo is a good and nice man but nice men do not make good leaders, nice men should be selling ice cream”.
