Nollywood actor and politician, Desmond Elliot has penned a lovely message to his wife, Victoria Elliot on her birthday.

He described her as his most treasured gift, joy, sister, lover, and teacher.

Reports noted that the couple met for the first time in 1995 in Jos, Plateau State and they began as friends.
Their friendship grew to be lovers for two years before they walked down the aisle in 2003.
Their union has four children and two sets of twins.
