48-Year-Old Man Arrested With Arms, Ammunition In Delta

A 48-year-old man identified as Suleiman Musa has been arrested by operatives of the Delta State Police Command’s Anti-Cult Unit.

It was learnt that some stolen item were recovered from the suspect.

The items are: Five hundred and forty {540} rounds of live cartridges, three {03} Elepac Generators, one solar light, one {01} singer sewing machine, two {02} television sets and one {01} Lifan motorcycle.

The arrest came following a raid of a criminal hideout in an uncompleted building along Mariam Babangida way opposite North-West filling Station Asaba, Delta State.

The Delta State Police Command led by CP Ari Muhammed Ali confirmed the report in a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe.
