President Muhammadu Buhari’s aide on social media, Lauretta Onochie, has reacted to reports on arrest of Ike Ekweremadu and his wife Beatrice Nwanneka Ekweremadu in the United Kingdom over alleged organ harvesting.
Reports had it that Ekweremadu and his wife, Beatrice, were arrested in the UK for allegedly facilitating the “travel of another person with a view to exploitation, namely organ harvesting”.
The couple were swiftly charged to court over the allegation.

Reacting, Onochie commended the speedy process, adding that ‘Nigeria’s criminal justice system has lessons to learn.
According to her: ”Sen. Ike Ekweremadu and his wife Beatrice, have Been charged to court. No delay. No mago mago. Instant justice. No faffing about.
”Our criminal justice system in Nigeria has lessons to learn. Speedy dispensation of justice would reduce animosity and anger.”
