Singer Paul Okoye, on social media, bemoaned the state of his country Nigeria.

The singer groaned on Tuesday, July 5, via Twitter that Nigeria is backward.

He insisted that the one thing progressing in Nigeria is music and entertainment.

“Nigeria is totally backward. the only thing moving forward is music/entertainment.”

Further speaking, Okoye maintained that music/ entertainment is the only thing prospering that the government is not in control of.

“Imagine the only thing that is moving forward in Nigeria is something that the government are not in control of #music,” he again said.
